Basically if you want PCI-E Gen 5 at launch, you need the X670E as no one is doing PCI-E Gen 5 for GPUs for X670. Personally, I'd just wait until they release PCI-E Gen 5 for X670E or B550E because there's not much point in upgrading to a new platform only to have Gen 4 for GPUs.
