Yea we will have to see how it goes with Raptor Lake. The issue will be 6 core 12 thread 7600X being 5% faster than 12900k but then 13600k being 5% faster than 7600X while giving you 14 core 20 threads (6P core 12 Thread + 8E Cores with 8 threads).

I would wait until Raptor Lake reviews come out before making any purchasing decisions because if Raptor Lake is faster, you may be able to get better prices with Zen 4.
