There's this thing called Steam Deck...
Seriously though, I can't imagine playing ER on a handheld, but that's just me and my dislike of small screens. I do think Switch version would be interesting to see, though From couldn't even manage to run ER at 30fps on Xbox One, so Switch would be quite a challenge for them.
