As I suspected, the 400 watts claim to beat a 3090 sounded nonsense. But as always, take it with a grain of salt. If these specs are legit though, 4070 just might be that sweet spot GPU.

So, the 4070 now has the specs of the rumored 4070Ti, then?

To be honest, the rumored specs about the 4070 have changed so much that I no longer trust any rumor about it. Not that I did before, mind you, but now my level of confidence is below zero.

Impressive but I am also interested to see what all core clocks are going to be.

The frequency increase over Zen3 is quite remarkable. Over 1GHz in the case of 7950X.

The most interesting part, for me, is the alleged price of the chips. I know that those prices are in bulk, for trays of usually 1000 CPUs (and then in Europe there's the VAT on top of it that makes it more expensive), but they are cheaper than I thought, specially the 7600X and 7700X.

Oh, and it's also worth noting the last bit of the article, that implies that AMD has pushed the clocks to the limit and pwople won't be able to increase the voltage to overclock them further beyond.
