Yea pretty much. If a 4070 is 300 watts according to an earlier leak, I think a 4070 Ti will be more around 350 watts. Which granted is still a lot but 7680 cuda cores at 350 watts vs 10752 at 450 watts is still a pretty big improvement if it turns out to be legit.
