Not really. They focus on all of it. They excel at graphics and cinematics, but that doesn't make their games interactive movies. That is a specific genre (ex. Her Story, Late Shift) and Naughty Dog's games play nothing like them. 

They almost don't have QTEs anymore as well. Nor they have chose your story trype of game.
