They can also put out a date when it would be available for all people. Another thing to look for in the sentence is "accounts". Doesn't have to be a subscription, it can be accounts (ex. If person A sells a ps5 to person B for $1500....  person B is the problem.   Willingness to pay over MSRP was created by person B and thus created the scalpers market.  

All people have to do is not pay over MSRP and scalping would stop....  literally that simple.  And if the counter argument is "people won't do this" then I'm sorry, people get what they deserve, a scalpers market.  

Majority of people are incredibly unintelligent. That's not the point of this thread... You're narrowing your options by just giving up. If people keep littering, are we just going to say oh well we deserve a dead planet? If people are discriminating, are we just going to let them? No we find for solutions, and we try to limit dumb people doing dumb things. I'm personally fine with your mindset too if we just want to sit back and accept it. Unfortunately, most people nowadays don't have that mindset so they complain without a solution. I'm just speaking from a 4th person perspective. Either give a solution, or accept it. You're the latter, which is ok. Not amazing by no means because you're not doing anything, but at least ur not whining like a kid.
