I've had my eye on this one for a while, but have been hesitant to take the plunge as it seems quite difficult and I can't handle difficult games due to a combination of a mild fine motor control impairment and trouble regulating frustration.

Did you play TUNIC?  If not, then I've got no real reference, so I'll do my best to describe this given that your impairment sets a different bar for difficulty than mine:

- If you DID play TUNIC, the combat is overall far easier.  But TUNIC also has a far more extendable health bar despite the hits still hitting "hard", so Death's Door is more about avoiding getting hit at all rather than taking a few (ergo, less risk-reward, more avoidance-opportunity).

- If you did NOT play TUNIC, then the best I can tell you is that it's a harder classic Zelda in that your health bar never gets "big".  You have no stamina, so you can dodge all you want, but you can only take so many hits.  Without stamina, it also means you can run around as much as you want to "learn" bosses or other patterns as you deem necessary.  You will inevitably die here and there, but it's more about learning the patterns so you can avoid getting hit.  The rest is, of course, swing until your opponent drops as mentioned in the review.

I hope that helps!  Without really knowing your impairment and at what level it defines "difficulty" for you, it's still up-in-the-air whether Death's Door is easy enough for you to play, but you know... there's this magical thing called Game Pass that you can sign up for $1 if you're new and basically play Death's Door for $1 if you'd like to find out lol

But I know Xbox ain't all that popular 'round these parts hahaha!
