Either it was a slow week, or TMNT and Starship Troopers did better than I thought they would.

Diablo Immortal has apparently earned over $24M in just two weeks
https://www.pcgamer.com/uk/diablo-immortal-has-apparently-earned-over-dollar24m-in-just-two-weeks/
It's fair to say that Diablo Immortal hasn't been well-received by every corner of the internet. The action-RPG's microtransactions sparked a brutal backlash, its loot boxes prevented it from being released in Belgium and the Netherlands, and criticism of this free-to-play spin-off raised enough concern about the next mainline Diablo game that Blizzard had to promise Diablo 4 won't be monetized the same way.
None of that seems to have prevented Diablo Immortal from raking in the cash. As spotted by GameDev Reports, Diablo Immortal earned $24.3 million in its first two weeks and was downloaded over eight million times according to data sourced from Appmagic. And that's not even counting the PC version, which is currently in beta.
>> 24 millions from 8 million downloads gives us $3 per download. It doesn't look like much to me.

GOG is currently giving away for free the remastered version of the classic action-adventure game, Flashback. For the next three days, PC gamers can visit its GOG store page and acquire their free copy.
Flashback was one of the first games to use motion capture technology for more realistic animations, with backgrounds that were entirely hand-drawn and a gripping science-fiction storyline.

It’s the weekend and as you may have guessed, I’ve collected some interesting Unreal Engine 5 projects to share with you. Now contrary to most of our previous stories, today I present you fan remakes of Zelda Wind Waker, Harry Potter 2 and Dragon Ball Online in Unreal Engine 5 that are actually in active development.

This gameplay video showcases the Midwich Elementary School. In this video, we also get to see the main protagonist, some of the game’s environments and enemies, as well as some action scenes.

Zelda: Breath of the Wild gets a brand new DLC-sized Expansion Mod
https://www.dsogaming.com/mods/zelda-breath-of-the-wild-gets-a-brand-new-dlc-sized-expansion-mod/
In March 2021, we shared one of the first DLC-sized fan expansions for Zelda: Breath of the Wild. And today, we are presenting you another huge fan expansion mod for this latest Zelda game, called Doors of Doom.
The good news here is that this DLC-sized expansion is playable on PC via Nintendo WiiU and Switch emulators. However, and since the WiiU emulators are currently more stable, we suggest using such one for playing it.
(...)
Doors of Doom is currently available to Patreon members only. However, this fan expansion will become available to everyone (via Gamebanana) on June 29th.
>> Contrary to what you may think, this expansion has nothing to do with DOOM, the game. There's a 20 minutes long video showing what this mod is about: doors.

Deus Ex Randomizer mod also adds bingo, Dark Souls-style online death markers
https://www.pcgamer.com/uk/deus-ex-randomizer-mod-also-adds-bingo-dark-souls-style-online-death-markers/
Days ahead of the 22nd anniversary of its release, PC gaming touchstone Deus Ex is getting a big 2.0 update to its ambitious Randomizer mod.
Headed up by modder Die4Ever, the mod's main feature, randomization, looks to shake up Deus Ex's well-trodden levels with shuffled start points, equipment locations, passwords, goal locations, keys, enemies, and even door/lock strength. A big "we're not in Kansas anymore" moment from the mod's trailer was seeing a player try to input the legendary 0451 door code to the UNATCO storage shed and having it deny access.

Get some Bloodborne in your Elden Ring with this quickstep mod
https://www.pcgamer.com/uk/get-some-bloodborne-in-your-elden-ring-with-this-quickstep-mod/
Elden Ring is many things, but one that it is definitely not is Bloodborne. No I'm not going to pop off on another rant about why Sony won't bring it to PC (yet) but, in the meantime, a new mod will let you take to the Lands Between as a moon-scented hunter.
Modder nmsl2018 has created the snappily titled 'Replace light roll animation with sekiro step animation and medium roll with bloodborne step' mod. I don't really feel like I need to describe what it does after that but, if you haven't played those games, the player characters quickstep rather than roll-dodging, and it is very cool. The Sekiro version is quicker than the Bloodborne one, hence it being split over the different weights of roll.
