I could care less if he had an affair with anybody, that's between him and Linda. But if he used his position of power to pressure employees into anything, or used company money/promotions to encourage someoene to have sex with him (both of which are alleged), that's not ok. 

Another report states that Kevin Dunn and Stephanie dont get well together, gonna be interesting to see how it goes though I'm pretty sure Stephanie becoming interim CEO is just a proxy for Vince.

But ya, you are right - him hiding or using company assets/money is absolutely wrong but I still cant stand cheaters.

Cheating is wrong, but it has really no bearing on one's qualifications to serve as CEO in itself. If someone is a serial cheater but has never done anything inappropriate at work, then I see no problem in letting them continue. But if they are putting pressure on their employees to have sex with them, then they really shouldn't be in a position of power anymore.
