Yup, the belt shouldn't go on a part timer tbh. They're just not there to defend it often enough... If at all in The Rocks case. He is always busy with something else.

It's less about that and more about the fact that Reigns has been so dominant that him losing is going to be a big moment. So it should be used to elevate someone else.
