That report is gaining traction on several news sites that I visit. Would be a significant victory for Ukraine. Kharkiv is the second largest city of the country and one of the main fronts away from Donbas that Russia didn’t withdraw from when it withdrew from northern Ukraine.
If true, hopefully Ukraine can use the momentum to push Russia back in the south and east.
