It does look like RE:Engine. Especially the ones in the abandoned house. Earlier rumored leaks suggest there was multiple games in the works one including Bloober https://www.videogameschronicle.com/news/bloober-team-hints-it-could-be-working-on-silent-hill-but-its-not-the-only-one/
Won't be holding on to see if and when these games are going to be shown but it looks pretty darn cool.
