depends on the person. Street Fighter IV will have WAAAY more replay value for me even without all that nonsense. Street Fighter 3rd strike didn't have none of that and still gets played today. Soul Calibur 2 (last one ive played) had all that, and I got like 3 extra weapons and stopped. Its all about fighting with ur friends, I couldn't care less about "unlockables" in a fighter unless its secret characters. Im pretty sure that I will get both (or if my friend gets SCIV just go to his house alot and play it there) but SCIV better gameplay than SFIV, doubt it.
