Rockband (timed) exclusive would be pretty cool. Its a very casual title, and could attract a lot of new gamers/users.
It makes sense for MS to chase *every* game as a (at least) timed exclusive. Worth the publicity and extra hardware/software sales.
Its like giving a grant to "make a 360 title" - except MS bare none of the risk if the title is never completed.
