Meta plans to take a nearly 50% cut of virtual asset sales in its metaverse

The company formerly known as Facebook will take a 47.5% cut of all digital asset sales on its Horizon Worlds platform. And that, not surprisingly, is enraging some potential sellers.

lol. 10 players. That game bombed harder than the Russian ship. I wonder how long it will be until Square decides to kill it.

And it's good to see Meta killing the whole metaverse bullsh*t before it takes off. One less thing to worry about.

Ethereum won't ditch GPU cryptocurrency mining until much later in the year

Of course, they have been saying "later in the year" for 3-5 years now. I think they just want to stay greedy since they know proof of stake could lessen the value of Eth.

Meh with the Nvidia announcement. Maybe in countries that have a Nvidia store it will work but, for the rest, it doesn't change a thing. Source: I checked it and, since there's no Nvidia store here in Spain, it redirects you to affiliated stores, with the same prices I shared the other day.

And maybe the problem with Ethereum is that they don't know how to move the whole operation to the new system, and that's why they keep delaying it.
