Firmware 2.4 question, how did the update go for you?

If it was just caused by people turning off the console while updating problems would have arisen with earlier updates as well. This looks like a very minor problem but don't brush it under the rug. I'm sure there must have been some legitimate reason to make Sony pull the update other than to slap on a "Do not unplug while updating console" warning screen at the beginning.

 

I'm pretty sure that warning is always there when the console is doing anything like that.
