I would put those rumored performance increases in context. For example, that 2.5x increase of RDNA3 could mean a 1.5x in raster and a 3.5x in RT, resulting in an average 2.5x improvement.
But well, the end results will depend on the frequency, and the rumors aren't sure about that.
