But the big surprise for me was that Serbia voted Yes.

Maybe they're seeing the writing on the wall, and are trying to align themselves with EU instead of Russia.

Considering how vocal some of the Serbs have been on facebook about supporting Russia, I too am shocked. That was the vote I looked for lol.
