 Damn good idea.

I wish I could.  An unfortunate side-effect of the transition to Intel Processors for Macs is that the Diablo II installer no longer runs (Originally for OS 9, and Classic stuff didn't get moved over with everything else to the Intel Processors).

Therefore, in order to run D2 i had to copy the application folder from a friend who had it installed already, and there is no way to change it to *my* cd key... therefore, no battle.net
