PS5 production stopped in Europe, according to Gamestop employee

Anyone thinking there might have been a grain of truth in this? Certainly the spanish PS5 numbers lately have been very low so it might be that Sony has diverted consoles from Europe to the US as they feel that is the more important battleground.
