Microsoft couldn't have wish for a better start of the gen. They had Halo's delay as a misstep, even tho it turned out great in the end. The fact they have more consoles available during the crucial part of the gen is literally Switch + AC + pandemic level of luck. It will be able to keep it close to the PS5 until they start getting their big stream of games out.
