Maybe their Economy will be too much in shambles to support such a war machine, but you never know.

I honestly thinks that there would be no next war from Russia. Not one of the same scale or not in a timeframe that would allow any veteran of this war to be of any use.

I might be too optimistic though, but while I think Russia may "win" in Ukraine, they have also engaged in a path that'll ultimately cause their downfall. A fall of the soviet union 2.0 if you will.
