It's chaos on the track. It seems most people think their ratings have safely been copied to GT7, or simply don't care anymore lol. Good for me, just got to avoid the other cars taking each other out lol. GT7 needs a penalty system, it's messy out there.

I wonder if next week will still have daily races in GT Sport. A lot of people are speculating this is the last week, but I doubt it. Why cut it off, PD has just been repeating the same race combos anyway. Not like it takes any effort to pick 3 previously used races.

You got the full setup, man!  You put the money in more than me, that's for sure lol... That's partly also because I prefer playing on a TV rather than monitors right on front of my face, so my setup is just a cheapo steering wheel stand with enough adjustment to be placed in front of the couch and extend the steering wheel over my lap with pedals down by my feet

Built this thing about over a year ago for PC and PS4/5 racing.  I run this through VR, the triple 27s, and/or the 50" Bravia... Personal preference is the Bravia though.. don't get much side view, but the bigger screen is easier to judge corners as I set my FOV to match closely to a real driving FOV.  VR is nice too, but even after all these years I still get motion sickness after a while.  But yea, it costed quite a bit when I started putting it together, but as far as my wife knows.. I only spent a couple hundred.. 😅

VR is rough, and it's for a simple reason: your brain expects physical motion to match the visual motion.  When it does not, your brain is being "tricked".  This is the same idea of wearing glasses that invert your view upside down until several days later when your brain automatically reinverts the image so that it looks normal.  The brain develops into a set "understanding" of the world because it's spent most of its life operating that way, so VR when it comes to REAL LIFE type motion (ergo, racing, flying, FPS, etc.) will always induce some sort of abnormal response.  People always tell me how they don't get sick playing VR, and then when I'm like "what are you playing?", they're like "Beat Saber, Job Simulator" and I just start chuckling because none of it really mimics real life motion.

Also, glad you checked my dumb ass out!  I'm a tough pill to swallow, but that always helps filter out the judgmental people, so I kind of leave it that way so that I know the people that DO sub and watch my stuff are good people

But I'm still envious you'll be enjoying GT7 better than me hahaha!
