That's excellent news! Also, it could mean that MSoft has no plans to stop putting its games on Steam anytime soon. Otherwise, they wouldn't go through all the work and hassle of closing this launcher and moving it to Steam.

Yep, they launched it some years ago. They even tryed to put their games exclusively on there, but they commit a small mistake: they chose Fallout 76 to do that, and that game had a very rough launch.
