A market for them already exists, otherwise you wouldn't be seeing all these pocket computers that have been around since the 80's to today. There's also the fact that the first shipment and bulk of Steam Decks are also sold out completely, so there's definitely an audience for handheld PC's.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
