In less than a year, It Takes Two has racked up over 5 million sales, meaning that I can now call the critically praised game a successful and popular critically acclaimed game and nobody can stop me. Hazelight last updated us on It Takes Two's sales numbers in October 2021, when it had sold 3 million copies.

Path of Exile: Siege of the Atlas expansion sets new peak concurrent player record

The newest Path of Exile expansion, Siege of the Atlas, lets players build their own endgame by revamping the Atlas of Worlds—which is basically the core of the game at this point. Seven players have already beaten the expansion by taking down godlike beings The Maven, The Searing Exarch, and The Eater of Worlds by taking them down in the Hardcore Solo Self-found Archnemesis League, which is really impressive but probably gibberish if you don't play Path of Exile and never have.
Perhaps more comprehensible is that the now quite old action RPG has hit a new record for peak concurrent players: 270,260 people were playing at once over the weekend, says Grinding Gear Games. That's a peak for time since Path of Exile launched over eight years ago in October 2013. Apparently the peak started building on Friday the 4th, but kept rising, so that Grinding Gear could only be sure it wouldn't be surpassed until today.

Valve is making a change to Steam that will finally let users see how much storage space a game requires without having to try to install it first. In fact, if you're signed up for the Steam beta client program, you can take advantage of the new feature right now.

Never one to mince words, indie game storefront itch.io has come out strongly against NFTs in a Twitter thread that begins, "A few have asked about our stance on NFTs: NFTs are a scam. If you think they are legitimately useful for anything other than the exploitation of creators, financial scams, and the destruction of the planet the[n] we ask that [you] please reevaluate your life choices."

Grand Theft Auto 5 gets an amazing Batman: Arkham Asylum Mod

Talented modder ‘JulioNIB’ has released a new video for his upcoming Batman: Arkham Asylum mod for Grand Theft Auto 5. As you will see, JulioNIB has implemented numerous moves and a combat system that is similar to the one in the Batman: Arkham games.
Alongside the new combat system, this Batman Mod will allow you to use his grapple gun hook and glide with his cape. Players can also use batarangs and call special weapons and vehicles. Not only that, but Batman has access to batclaw kick and dive bomb attacks, as well as the disarm target, smoke, freeze, incendiary and electric shock gadget attacks.

Fallout: Nuevo Mexico is a new fan expansion for Fallout: New Vegas

A team of modders is currently working on a DLC-sized fan expansion for Fallout: New Vegas, Fallout: Nuevo Mexico. This mod promises to offer a heavily focused RPG experience , inspired by the classic games(Fallout 1 & Fallout 2), and you can find a teaser trailer for it below.
In Fallout: Nuevo Mexico, players will join multiple new factions. The mod will also offer three unique companions with a revamped companion and affinity system. Additionally, it will have various new activities, and will let you travel to various states and locations.
