I would feel sorry for them if it was a horrible accident from rough-housing; after all most of us who have neices/nephews or younger siblings have played in a (somewhat) rough way that could hurt them if something goes horribly wrong. Unfortunately, from what I understand of this story this wasn't two older siblings engaging in rough-play with a younger sibling that went wrong ... It was a girl who beat up her sister and then tried to find a (half-assed) excuse after the fact.
