I guess you missed the part that i bolded. And trust me in other reply's from him about emulation he sees it all as theft.

All games are in risk of being lost in time, Nintendo systems have pretty much always been emulated while the systems are still new and guess what. It has not stopped Nintendo games from selling millions on millions of copy's. Not everyone who uses emulation just pirates games as it gives users who own them games another way to play them in much higher quality and that my friend is the bonus of emulation and why people use it.

Ok, I just personally don't like the idea of emulating current games in general. I disagree with the bolded though. Only many years down the line this is the case.
