Meh FSR, NIS and now RSR are all sleep. The reason why people liked DLSS and really starting from DLSS 2.0 and up is because it genuinely looks close to native and sometimes even better. All these other ones don't, especially at low internal resolutions compared to DLSS.
Realistically, XeSS from Intel and the upcoming GSR from AMD will be the real interesting competitors to DLSS as they are all Ai upscaling. Of course, we need to see them get implemented first.
