Idd tbf Halo has been a mainstay for Xbox and Microsoft. Being a bit of a fan in the older days (and I loved Bungie games back in the day), this one didn't do much to move the needle for me. Though the game was fun to play - which is the main thing.

But yeah think it was the sequelitis effect. Maybe something for newer fans of the series. I'd throw in another movie analogy and say the story is like the Star War films. Post trilogy/George Lucus films. Talking about sequels, I hope Matrix 4 is going to be good and I'm planning to to watch it on new years

Star Wars would be a great analogy because both are made by a different studio and written by different people.

And I have no hope for Matrix 4. Then again, I only watched the first one and saved myself from the disasters that were the other two.
