PSP,PSV,PS3,PS4,360 all sold more in first half compared to 2nd half. Wii U was close, but I am sure it and the 3DS had a big game in the 2nd half.

That's a surprise, i was assuming that with the holiday boost that the 2nd half would almost always be stronger.

Japan's holiday weeks are more slanted compared to the west. West is BF-Christmas. While Japan holiday is more like 2nd week of December to 2nd week of January. So the holiday boost helps both halfs.
