Yep it's quite expensive, hopefully they will start selling consoles with these plates already on instead of the white ones for new buyers. I don't really understand what is stopping third party from selling plates just like they would sell covers for any phone, but Sony threatened D-Brand with legal action... no idea if Sony can win that case. I'm not a legal expert but seems weird they could stop third-party face plates.
