I can see that happening. And they'll give away £10 off voucher a few weeks before launch lol. But yeah, not sure how they can SE justify charging this much for new games, other than outright greed. I can kinda understand Steam as they take 30%, same as other platforms though PC games in the past were always quite a bit lower, though nowadays the distinction between prices have been muddled the past few years.
And like with Epic money hats, and EGS already taking more of a hit; as they only take 12% cut.. you'd think SE would at least stick to current prices if not ever so slightly higher. 80 Euros/65 pounds is still too much no matter how you look at it.
I just think the whole situation with SE with exclusivity and releases is just garbage on PC. Think its just best stick to consoles for their Japanese games because they treat their PC customers like hot garbage.
