I don't see XSX quite reaching 10m. It was at 6,189,662 for the year before BF.

Let's look at PS4/XBO 2014:

Weeks After BFPS5 (2021)XSX (2021)PS4 (2014)XBO (2014)
0 (BF Week)801,603862,857956,032891,645
1??630,076471,395
2??651,893433,239
3??715,000525,948
4??718,100489,489
5??372,409184,789
Total??4,043,5102,996,505

for XSX to reach 10m it would need for it's total for this blackfriday till end of year period to be 3,810,338.

XSX beat PS5 BF week, but BF gives the biggest boost in USA where the battle between XSX and PS5 is closest, so I don't see XSX outselling PS5 for the rest of the year, and I don't think even PS5 is going to get to 3.8m for this holiday period.

I expect XSX to get more like 9.5m this year.

Xbox would need to almost match PS4's december 2014 to get to 10m, and I don't see either PS5 or XSX doing that.

Basically XSX would need to go from being 3% down on XBO for blackfriday to being 40% up on XBO for the remainder of the holiday period.

and why do you think XBSX can't match the PS4 2014 december numbers ? they are not so impossible 600-700k weekly, and 370k the last week.

With the bigger popularity of the xbox (than last gen) and with plenty of stock for the Series S, it just might do it.

The stock wasn't there to beat XBO blackfriday it won't be there to beat XBO December by a massive 40%.
