#28: Hitman 3
I played the Cloud Version. My internet is pretty slow, so I thought it probably wouldn't work that well. Surprisingly the demo worked without issues. Considering it's a rather slow paced and methodical game and not a fast paced action game I thought connection hiccups wouldn't be much of an issue. I was right. When the game stutters or freezes I just quickly press pause and wait. After at most a few minutes it'll continue. Handheld wasn't an option though, or just generally a wireless connection because I would get thrown out after 10 seconds due to bad connection.
The levels are brilliant and complex full of side missions and stuff to experiment with. You can either plan everything out and then execute it or just do whatever. You can kill almost anyone in various ways that range from shooting and axe murder to drowning them in a toilet. Everything can be a weapon. You can disguise yourself as anyone. Experimentation is key.
The different levels have various possible methods to eliminate the targets some of which are incredibly complex. In one level you can replace a detective that the target hired and investigate a case to get certain codes easier and then kill the target.
I also want to mention the first game in the trilogy, Hitman from 2016. Since that game and Hitman 2 are purchasable on the Switch like DLC if you bought Hitman 3 and the first game is only 30€ I also got that one and it's also great. But I generally like the levels in Hitman 3 more.
Hitman 3 shines in it's incredible complexity and amount of possible ways to complete the missions. I've spend over 200 hours messing around in these great sandboxes.
