In the end, it's a remastered version of a remastered game from the Xbox 360, it's visually not a massive leap and any little "win" is ultimately redundant.

I would have liked to have seen a Ray Traced Global Illumination implemented to some degree... Because Ray Tracing mods on PC can make the game look rather impressive.

The lighting mods are definitely an impressive mod set, especially when coupled with the Open gates of Skyrim mod, meaning we don't have to suffer loading screens when entering cities, two of those being far more important than 2 second load time difference.
