Nvidia will be releasing 2060 12GB according to GN from their system integrator contacts

As well as other 30 series GPUs with increased vram capacities. While we seen some rumours, generally when GN posts something like this, it's typically true. If properly priced, a 2060 12GB would be a good edition to the GPU lineup, especially with it's Ray Tracing and DLSS capabilities. 12GB does seem kinda silly but never hurts and because Nvidia kinda put themselves in a corner due to the 3060 price, it will certainly be cheaper than $329... Least at MSRP...
