#45: Borderlands. I think each one has Claptrap and four main characters, but in Borderlands two they are in a trap in the intro, so I say Borderlands 2.

45 is absolutely correct! 

49 has had the series mentioned in this thread already. But I think no one is cottoning on to the part of the hint I thought made it too easy!
