I ain't even a Souls fan, but boy do FROM not fucking learn about frame capping.
Probably their engine, but why on earth is it so hard to try at least bypassing the cap for PC?. With RT, and that's if it is truly capped at 60, that would mean you're going to need a 3080/90 or you'll be getting crippled (Unless FROM have proficient use of DLSS, but that's stretching the hopium from a Japanese dev team).
