The performance in general seems good, but I'm not sure it's worth it given the power consumption. The only one that looks mostly good all arounf is the 12600K.
Also, from another source, TweakPC, there are leaked Cinebench23 results with different power limits and the results are quite interesting:

Looks like Intel poshed the chips to the limit in order to get the best results posible, throwing efficiency out of the window. Going above 150W doesn't seem worth it.
