Given that the AM4 "platform" launched supporting only PCIe 3.0, with 4.0 coming later with newer CPUs and chipsets, and that he only mentions AM5, I'd expect the worse.
Also, kudos to AMD and MSoft for fixing the problems of Zen with Windows 11 so fast.
