Hopefully the 12400 pricing is going to be as good as 11400 as the 11400 was incredible value.
Windows 11 up to 17% SLOWER?! (With VBS On)
So an in-place upgrade has VBS off by default where as a fresh install of Windows 11 has VBS on by default. No one knows what prebuilts will ship with but hopefully, VBS will be turned off as that is a huge performance differences at times. Least it's pretty easy to turn off yourself.
