We know that Microsoft wants Xcloud on future TV Apps; so Sony probably looking at similar solutions. 

PSNow could play PS5 games on any display with internet if Sony so much develop it that way. But sure let's wait for an announcement.

Well if PSNow was a solution, Sony would never be talking to Microsoft about Azure server. I don't know why you keeping bringing up PSNow.
