I just hope they go onto making new IP's and hopefully ones that aren't in the same exact pattern as their previous titles.

That being said, even though LaD is getting a sequel, I'm still bummed that Judgement isn't coming to PC, because I decided to skip LaD due to gameplay changes, and Judgement basically took on what Yakuza was doing before with it's gameplay.

Nagoshi did not leave SEGA because wanted to. Ignoring the mocking stuff this sorta stood out to me:

Before Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio became truly established, “Ryu Ga Gotoku” was basically synonymous with “Toshihiro Nagoshi.”

However, I did not want to rely too heavily on that. So although I had little influence at the time, I kept fighting for change. Ten years have passed since then, and that resistance I had felt has changed to a feeling of comradery over time and now, I am inheriting the studio from a great creator.
