Not really a success, pretty much comparable to the 3DS, aka heavily discounted with huge number of revisions to push sales as much as possible. I wouldn't be surprised if they would put One S consoles in corn flakes boxes (and that's the biggest difference with the Wii U: Nintendo never really discounted the console despite its abyssimal sales).
But overall, it got pretty much all 3rd party games, one revision is the most powerful console of the generation, and the console has game pass, so I guess we got that because of the lack of success of the console (we all know how lazy companies can be when they have success)
