theres something called Fiverr, where you can contact professional for a service fee, and have they do what you want, be it voice overs, music, art, ect.

You could contact a few of them, give them the specifics above, and probably get someone to do exactly what you wanted.
The downside is it cost you money for them to spend time, doing so.
