Well, it's definitely not the first option because none of the Sony TVs have VRR yet. Most Bravias over the past 3 years would have 120Hz, I think, so that would put it in the 2nd option. If it's a bit older then it would have 60Hz but still be high-end so it would be the 3rd option. Do you know the model number of yours?

To support 120fps it doesn't only need to be 120hz, it also needs to have 120fps input modes. Some might have 1080p 120hz input modes yet I think for 4k 120fps you need HDMI 2.1, which is still pretty new. (wasn't there 3 years ago)

For 'high range' HDR you need either OLED or a panel that supports local dimming and 10 bit.
