According to TheSource, this is a rumor which is likely to be true:
Microsoft has three major accessibility rumors circulating: Avatars ala Miis, a really important dashboard update, and motion sensing rumors (Newton?). Two of the three will be shown, but one will be saved for later.
It seems to fit with this rumor.
