Usually these things won't be noticeable for most people assuming they are real changes to begin with as most modern hardware are very powerful to brute force a lot of OS level tasks. Still, I'll be interested to see comparisons and we did see Linus find some interesting scheduler differences between 10 and 11.

AMD comes out with competitive CPUs... Intel discounts their price. Then Intel is coming out with competitive CPUs... AMD discounts their price.
